- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I banked with this branch for 15 year and turned my husband onto then for a business account. This has been the WORST experience we could have imagined for too many reasons to list. Needless to say I am now a US Bank customer and our business account is through Bank of America and we have had NONE of the same issues as we had at Commerce. We will be reporting to the BBB and anywhere we can warning business owners. Debbie Johnson if you want to contact me to make things better feel free.
