- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Lazy to look information up and answer your questions thoroughly, especially Sarah. She spoke with rude, abrupt and discriminatory tone. She talked to me with attitude as if she was chastising a little child. I could not stand her tone so I asked for someone else. Behind my back - I heard, she was making comments about me to others - strikingly unprofessional. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I usually go to the branch in wentzville, but I had to come here a few times to pay my car payment. Last week I was helped by Jen. When I walked up Jen and the girl sitting next to her (who by god could be her sister) greeted me write away. I wish I would have gotten her name as well because she was so nice. We did my payment and we all chatted for a minute about our kids! Thank you girls for making my day with your smiles! I will be back!By Terry S., April 09, 2017
