  (Read my response to Owner's comments too) I would never go back! First of all, the overweight gentleman (sorry, not sure how else to refer) has a very bad attitude. I had some applications to be notarized, at first he refused to do it, he then re-considered at which point I had to call in my entire family including my 2 months old infant into the stores and then he conveniently says he won't because for 6 bucks it doesn't make sense to waste 5 minutes doing it. I had to then go to UPS stores on Highway K where they kindly did it. I would have been happy if - He treated people with respect and used some good attitude - Asked me to come in at the time when he could spare 5 mins - Refused upfront that he does not provide any notary services - Hadn't made any excuses that that he didn't have enough space on the paper to notarize (remember, the other guy at Highway K did it nicely!) In response to Owner's comment below: - It wasn't a foreign document. It was a visa application document (in US English) meant for Americans in the U.S., to procure a travel visa via mail service. - The document in question was for my infant child, and he needed to do an ink-based fingerprint in my presence (You didn't get to that part anyways) - I was never agitated and didn't demand. I respectfully walked away (with children around). Please stop defending; instead you could use feedback improve your customer service. Please don't tell your customers that it is not worth your time! - By the way, never mentioned about any "Notary language", just mentioned about not having enough space but none the less, the other outlet did it with no problems. Good luck with your business! Owner's original comment: "This gentleman brought in foreign documents, which had no notary language on them. The documents had to have specific notary language added to make them legally notarizable. Unsure about the child statement, as children are not required to be present, nor can be witnesses, or signors. My associate tried to explain the procedures needed to the gentleman, however he became agitated and demanded that he just stamp and sign the documents. He attempted to explain that he had to follow the required notary procedures"

  They do a great job here. Dan, Tom, and Alex are very helpful and sweet. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my mailbox or mailing needs!! Wonderful people!
